Magazine Tree Scene
Magazine trees have always intrigued me, but I’ve never made one. Normally you see ones like these at Green Eyed Monster or these at Be A Fun Mum, but I thought I would try something different. I decided to fold only part of the magazine and then glue the remaining pages together for stability(so it could stand) and as a background for the tree.
The background I chose was some scrap wallpaper, but you could alter it any way you like with book pages, felt, paint, etc… Then I hot-glued some sequins on for ornaments and snow. This one is very simple, but I can imagine it being done many, many different ways.
The great thing about this project is that it is so simple and quick that it can still be done in time for Christmas as a decoration, or a gift!
